Richard is an associate in the General Litigation and Supreme Court and Appellate practices in the Washington, DC office of Mayer Brown. Before joining the firm in 2011, Richard served as a law clerk to the Honorable M. Margaret McKeown, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Honorable Louis H. Pollak, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Richard received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he served on both the Yale Law Journal and the Yale Law and Policy Review. He also holds post-graduate degrees from Princeton University and the University of Oxford, where he was a Marshall Scholar.
