Andrew Pincus Among Panel of Legal Experts to Assess High Court at Mid-Term

6 February 2004 - Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP partner Andrew Pincus will be among a panel of experts assessing the Supreme Court's current term at a media briefing sponsored by the Legal Studies Division of the Washington Legal Foundation (WLF).

The briefing will be held Wednesday, February 11, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. at WLF's M.J. Murdock Center for Free Enterprise, 2009 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. The panel will preview key cases the U.S. Supreme Court has remaining on its argument schedule, discuss some of the term's rulings, and analyze the direction and activity of the Court. Other panelists include Michael Carvin, former special assistant to the assistant attorney general of the Civil Rights Division, Justice Department and Neil Gorsuch, Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd & Evans.
