Stephen Shapiro Argues 25th Case in Supreme Court
| | 27 March 2007 - Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP attorney Stephen Shapiro today argued his 25th case in the Supreme Court, Credit Suisse First Boston Ltd. v. Billing, No. 05-1157, in which the Supreme Court will decide whether the SEC's pervasive regulation of securities markets preempts private antitrust claims arising from investment banks' underwriting of initial public offerings (IPOs).
