Brette Steele joined the Firm in 2008 after clerking for Judge Dorothy W. Nelson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Since joining the firm, she has drafted briefs in the Courts of Appeals for the Second and Fourth Circuits, and has worked on a number of matters in other federal and state courts. Brette earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Symposium Editor for the UCLA Law Review. She earned her B.A. with highest honors from the University of California, Berkeley. |
