Council of the District of Columbia v. Gray (D.C. Circuit)

We represent the D.C. Council in litigation regarding the right of the District of Columbia to spend its own tax dollars. After the Mayor refused to honor an amendment to the District’s Charter, the Council filed suit. The case was argued before the D.C. Circuit in October 2014.
