Maria Glover joined the Firm in 2008 after clerking for Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Since joining the firm, she has drafted amicus briefs in the United States Supreme Court and in the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and she has worked on a number of matters before federal and state courts.
Maria received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Senior Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review. While at Vanderbilt, Maria was awarded prizes by the faculty for her writings on class actions and arbitration and on civil procedure. She also served on the Vanderbilt Moot Court Board and received the Lightfoot, Franklin, and White Best Oralist award. Maria received her B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee.
