Tammy Killion joined Mayer Brown in 2005. Before joining the
Firm, Tammy worked for the United States Department of Labor as a member of the
Honors Program. She has authored briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court, the Sixth
Circuit, the Federal Mine Safety and Health Commission, and the Employee
Compensation Appeals Board, and since joining the firm has worked on a number of
matters before other federal courts.
Tammy received her J.D. with honors from the University of Chicago where she
served as an Articles Editor for the University of Chicago Law Review.
After law school, she clerked for Judge Carlos F. Lucero of the United States
Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Tammy received her B.A. cum laude
from Vanderbilt University with high honors in history.
