Scott M. Noveck
Scott Noveck is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Supreme Court & Appellate and Consumer Litigation & Class Actions practices. He has authored briefs in dozens of cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, the federal courts of appeals, and state appellate courts across the country. He previously served as a law clerk to Judge Patrick E. Higginbotham on the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Scott earned his law degree with distinction from Stanford Law School, where he helped litigate numerous Supreme Court cases as a member of the Stanford Law School Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, and received his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Princeton University, where he was awarded the Halbert White ’72 Prize for the most outstanding economics major in his class.
