U.S. Supreme Court Accepts Seventh Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP Case for Argument During the October 2002 Term Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP
| | 10 January 2003 - Today the Supreme Court added its seventh Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP case to its docket for the 2002 Term; Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw attorneys have argued or will argue six of the cases. Charles Rothfeld argued Yellow Freight System, Inc. v. State of Michigan, No. 01-270, on October 7; Steve Shapiro argued Sprietsma v. Mercury Marine, No. 01-706, on October 15; Ken Geller argued Boeing Corp. v. United States, No. 01-1209, on December 9; Tim Bishop argued Borden Ranch Partnership v. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, No. 01-1243, on December 10; Ken Geller will argue National Park Hospitality Association v. United States Department of the Interior, No. 02-196, on March 4; and Ken Geller will argue American Insurance Association v. Low, No. 02-722, on a date yet to be determined. The Court also granted review in Monsanto Co. v. Stephenson, No. 02-271, in which Mayer, Brown represents one of the petitioners; co-counsel will argue the case. |
