Dan Staroselsky came to Mayer Brown in October 2006. Since joining the firm,
Dan has worked on briefs in the state and federal courts of appeals,
focusing on securities and environmental law issues. In addition, Dan has
assisted on Supreme Court matters, both at the merits and certiorari stages, and
has briefed various dispositive motions in the lower courts.
Dan received his J.D., cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law
Center. At Georgetown, Dan served as editor of the Georgetown Law Journal
and briefed cases in the federal courts of appeals
as a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic. Dan is a cum laude
graduate of Cornell University where he majored in Comparative Literature and
History.
