Jed W. Glickstein


Jed Glickstein is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Chicago Office. An alumnus of the firm’s Supreme Court Clinic, he has briefed appeals in federal and state courts and at all levels of the judicial system, including a number of amicus briefs, petitions for certiorari, and merits briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court. Jed’s appellate practice is wide-ranging, but focuses on arbitration, environmental law, and commercial litigation. He also has substantial experience with general federal motions practice.

Jed received his JD from Yale Law School, where he was an editor on the Yale Law Journal, and his BA from Yale University. After law school, he clerked for Judge Joel Flaum on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and Judge Gary Feinerman on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
