Stephen Lilley
Stephen Lilley is a partner in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office and a member of the firm’s Supreme Court & Appellate practice. Stephen focuses his practice on litigating appeals and dispositive motions in state and federal courts, developing strategies to manage regulatory and legal risks, and shaping policies in regulatory rulemaking processes. He is a member of the firm’s privacy & security and CFPB groups.
Stephen graduated from Princeton University, summa cum laude, and Yale Law School, where he was a senior editor of The Yale Law Journal. He clerked for Judge Thomas Ambro on the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Judge Jeremy Fogel on the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
