Chesser v. Chesser (Fourth Circuit)

Plaintiff is a federal prisoner who alleges that federal agents disclosed confidential information about him and his family to an adversary in a dispute over custody of plaintiff’s son. On appeal, we are seeking to overturn the dismissal of plaintiff’s constitutional and Privacy Act claims against these agents and the agencies for whom they work.
