Lelo Inc. v. ITC (Federal Circuit)

Following an investigation, the International Trade Commission concluded that certain manufacturers violated Standard Innovation’s patent claims relating to certain consumer electronics. The ITC ultimately issued an exclusion order, barring infringing products from entry into the United States. One manufacturer appealed the order to the Federal Circuit, asserting that the ITC erred in finding an established domestic injury, and further that the ITC erred in its patent construction. We represent Standard Innovation as an intervener in this matter.
