Clements v. CSX Transp. Inc. (Eleventh Circuit)

Following a train collision, plaintiff Jimmy Clements sued CSX Transportation, Inc. under the Federal Employees Liability Act for negligence.  The jury returned a verdict finding that Clements was not injured by any negligence on the part of CSX.  The district court declined to set aside the verdict.  On appeal, we successfully defended the district court’s judgment and obtained a full affirmance.
