In re Whirlpool Corp. Front-Loading Washer Products Liability Litigation (Glazer v. Whirlpool Corp.) (Sixth Circuit)

A class of Ohio purchasers of front-loading washing machines brought this suit against the manufacturer of those machines, alleging that the machines have a defect that increases the chance that the machines will develop mold and associated odors.  At trial, the manufacturer prevailed.  We represent the manufacturer on appeal, defending the judgment for our client and challenging adverse class certification and jury instruction rulings.
